The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and strategic financial planning to enhance our market-leading position. The analyst will also support decision-making by providing detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management, enabling the continued provision of outstanding value to pet owners across the continent. Develop and execute financial forecasts, reports and budget processes. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision making. Review financial results, analyzing trends and recommending improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage financial planning. Conduct profitability analysis on new products and promotions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Expertise with ERP systems and financial software Understanding of GAAP and financial regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPA or CFA certification preferred Relevant financial certification is an advantage
