As a leader in serving commercial customers, Wells Fargo offers financial services including credit and treasury management solutions as well as specialized expertise across industries including Technology, Food, Beverage & Agribusiness, Investor Real Estate and Government.SBA (Small Business Administration) Lending is part of the Specialized Industries Group within Commercial Banking. - As a whole, SBA is responsible for the production, management and servicing of a $10B+ portfolio of government guaranteed SBA 7(A) loans and 504 real estate loans.Wells Fargo SBA Lending (Small Business Administration) is in search of an Administrative Assistant 3 to help support our SBA Division in Phoenix, AZ.Will provide administrative support to the large SBA department which includes: Operations, Sales and Credit.Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:--- Answering phones and routing calls for the department.--- Maintains the security of the floor at the front desk.--- Responsible for loan file archiving- maintains and tracks for retrieval and compliance purposes.--- Will create and provide tracking reports and record keeping for Iron Mountain storage.--- Respond to internal requests from multiple sources - high volume department with a variety of tasks and requests.--- Support managers with onboarding needs such as systems requests, ordering of equipment, and other new hire processing tasks.--- Will be the main contact for vendor management, equipment and office maintenance, internal requests via Wells Fargo systems and ordering supplies for the office.--- Reconciliation for expense accounts and processing of Accounts Payables.--- Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for the department.Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
    • Ability to work with limited supervision
    • Knowledge and understanding of sales support or client support
    • Business banking experience
    • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
    • Ability to prepare sales reports for management
    • Commercial loan experience
