Are you looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself and learn new things in the home care industry? Homewatch CareGivers of Chandler-Gilbert is looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team. We welcome individuals into our family who are eager to continually learn how best to serve our clients' needs, and who demonstrate passion for connecting people to the quality service they deserve. Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement online and print job advertising, job fairs and ongoing college placement programs.
  • Interview, screen, hire, and onboard new employees.
  • Onboard and update records of all new staff as well existing employees.
  • Match client needs with our caregivers based on their personality and skill set.
  • Manage client, caregiver, and outside care relations.
  • Manage staffing concerns and make scheduling changes as appropriate
  • Support other assigned functions, including performing caregiving duties.
