What we are looking for Roots Management Group is currently seeking a full time Project Coordinator - Sourcing Admin to work out of our corporate office, located in Gilbert, AZ. The Project Coordinator will primarily coordinate and oversee administrative duties within the Project Management departments. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day workflow, organization of projects and administrative duties Provide support and tracking for various projects Process invoices Effectively communicate the status of projects and project schedules to community managers, regional managers, and other stakeholders Assist vendors in setting up accounts Assist in uploading gathered information and data to company tracking programs Review of construction proposals, schedules, change orders and payment applications Draft construction documents including contracts Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software programs Strong excel skills Awesome work ethic and a team player Additional Information / Benefits: Growth Opportunities High energy company, a friendly & supportive team environmentTo be considered for employment you must be able to pass a pre-employment background check/drug test.We offer a rewarding and challenging experience with opportunities for career advancement within an environment that supports your professional development and recognizes your achievements.
