a Glance The Campus Support Coordinator serves as a pivotal partner
to campus leadership, ensuring operational effectiveness, strategic
alignment, and the seamless execution of administrative functions.
This role supports campus leadership through exceptional
organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to
ensure smooth campus operations, including managing correspondence,
official documents, and confidential records. Design, implement,
and refine administrative processes to improve workflow efficiency
and alignment with organizational priorities. Serve as a point of
contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
and discretion. Develop, compile, and analyze operational and
statistical reports to support leadership decision-making.
Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and events aligned with
strategic goals. Partner with leadership to support strategic
initiatives, departmental projects, and enterprise priorities.
Oversee coordination with vendors, contractors, and service
providers to ensure operational continuity. Responsible for
contracting Visiting Faculty. Serves as the Campus Incident
Commander. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all
policies and standards Qualifications High School Diploma Required
3 years of customer service, operations support, or related
experience Required Ability to work a variety of office hours
including evenings and weekends High level of interpersonal,
communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work
independently as well as function as part of a team Must be a
self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively PC skills
in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database Experience
with Student Information Systems a plus High attention to detail
and accuracy Additional Information In support of the pay
transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary
range for this position is between $17.15 and $28.18. Actual pay
will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law,
such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and
certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and
