This role is crucial in ensuring that our production facilities run efficiently and safely, supporting our commitment to deliver exceptional service to businesses of all sizes through customized uniform and facility service programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing intermediate-level maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our operational processes. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems within the facility. Assist in the implementation of new equipment and modifications to existing equipment. Collaborate with other team members to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance issues. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies at all times. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies. Proven ability in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repairs. Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance routines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Certification in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or a related field is advantageous. OSHA Safety Certification is highly regarded.
