logistics (3PL) company is looking for a reliable, detailoriented
Client Service Rep to join our Goodyear, AZ team. This role is
ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys
solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional
customer service. Youll split your time between office
responsibilities and handson work in the warehouse, giving you a
full understanding of our operations and the customers you support.
What Youll Do Support and manage client accounts by serving as the
primary point of contact for customer needs, questions, and special
requests Provide highlevel customer service through online chats,
email communication, and phone support Create, update, modify, and
cancel orders with accuracy and urgency Track shipments and monitor
order progress to ensure timely delivery and proactive
communication Collaborate with warehouse staff to onboard new
customers and ensure their storage, space, and handling needs are
met Resolve issues related to billing, late shipments, inventory
discrepancies, or claims Perform administrative tasks including
sorting, filing, and data entry Assist with process improvements
and support internal teams as needed What You Bring At least 2
years of customer service or support experience Strong
communication and interpersonal skills with a professional,
serviceoriented approach Ability to work in both office and
warehouse environments Comfort lifting 25 pounds as needed
Experience with distribution or warehouse processes preferred
Shopify experience is a plus Strong attention to detail,
followthrough, and problemsolving ability Confidence presenting
information to teams or leadership 3PL, supply chain, or contract
manufacturing experience is a bonus Work Environment Hybrid-style
role involving office work and warehouse tasks Warehouse
temperatures vary with weather Computer-based work for most of the
