and IC Department in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a talented Sr Principal
ASIC/FPGA Verification Engineer.By working with DSP Systems and HDL
Design engineers, you will be a critical hands-on technical team
leader responsible for developing SystemVerilog testbenches to
verify complex communication and SOC designs for high-reliability
space applications. We are seeking a motivated, innovative, and
detail-oriented engineer who can efficiently and creatively produce
robust verification solutions to enable the rapid development and
launch of next generation space systems. This position is ideal for
highly passionate engineers who enjoy the challenge of developing
robust ASIC/FPGA verification solutions to keep pace with the rapid
complexity growth of our latest generation of FPGA and ASIC
designs. This position requires an individual that has strong,
efficient, and out-going communication skills to be effective on
high-performance development teams that consist of developers
residing across multiple Northrop Grumman engineering development
centers. As a critical verification member, you'll have the
opportunity to develop a deep understanding of advance digital
designs to enable you to produce the most effective verification
solutions.You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers
on Advance Verification in a rapidly expanding organization as well
as engage with Northrop Grumman's digital design and verification
subject matter experts. This role is eligible for relocation
assistance and Hybrid work environment in Gilbert, Arizona for well

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or
computer engineering and 8+ years of engineering experience4+
years' experience with SystemVerilog methodologies (UVM, OVM,
AVM,...)Strong Object-Oriented Programming KnowledgeTechnical Team
Leadership ExperienceExtensive experience with scripting
languagesAbility to obtain and maintain a security
clearancePREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Advanced degree in
electrical engineering or computer engineering6+ years' experience
with SystemVerilog methodologies (UVM, OVM, AVM,...)Experience with
verifying DSP or SOC DesignsStrong RTL and Gate level
troubleshooting skillsExperience collaborating with design
engineers to replicate silicon bugs in simulationMATLAB

$123,400 USD - $185,000 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
