create a safer, more secure world. Job Summary: The Electro-Optics
(EO) Department within Raytheon Missiles Defense is currently
searching for an Optical Integration Test Engineer to work on a
multi-disciplined team to assist on development and production
programs across the portfolio of RMD EO products. The chosen team
member may be asked to participate in EO subsystem integration and
innovation efforts that could include design, reviews, production
support, process and metric development. What You Will Do: -
Optical alignment and testing - Implementation of automated test
and assembly processes - Development of analysis tools and analysis
of test data - Design of EO subsystems test fixtures - Perform
troubleshooting and process investigations - Support production
related activities in the assembly and documentation of EO
subsystems Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or
Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in
optical design - Experience in system integration and test or data
analysis - The ability to obtain and maintain a US security
clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as
only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer: - Master of Science in Optics Systems,
Electrical, or Computer Engineering Physics or related Science,
Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) - Bachelor of Science
in Optics Systems, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Physics or related discipline - Competency in analysis tools such
as MatLab and experience writing C++ and/or python - Experience
with EO test equipment, test automation scripting - EO hardware and
software integration and verification experience - Experience with
laboratory measurement equipment or techniques for EO subsystems -
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - Current/Active DoD security
clearance or SSBI - ABET is the preferred, although not required,
accreditation standard. 3.0 cumulative GPA desired What We Offer:

for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
