the Loop (HWIL) Department in Tucson, AZ is a multi-discipline
organization responsible for designing, building and integrating
state of the art testing environments (flight simulators for
missiles), as the last step before flight test. On our team, you
will work with weapon system designers to understand requirements,
design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support
tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missiles
to the warfighter. This position is within the Effectors Center of
the HWIL organization, and is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ
What You Will Do Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering
environment. Support the SM3 proposal for HWIL scope. Develop the
HWIL SM3 schedule, staffing and plan to ensure program success.
Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders. Collaborate
with the current Leads to understand the Program, staff, risks and
configuration of existing TEn. As the lead, you will be expected to
understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and work
with your sub-leads to define/delegate tasking for your team. Up to
20% travel to support development, troubleshooting and/or delivery
of our test environment equipment. What You Will Learn Critical
Leadership skills on a large-scale Program. Experience working
across numerous functions from engineering to finance to security
to supply chain and the Program Office. Will be interacting with
another SM3 IPTL, Technical Lead and Program CPTL regularly.
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum 8 years prior relevant experience. Experience leading
multi-disciplined teams Experience in Earned Value management
(EVMS), Cost account Manager (CAM) and/or participating in a
bid/proposal Qualifications We Prefer Strong communication skills.
Strong organization, coordination, planning and teaming skills.
Knowledge of or experience with equipment rack assembly, cable
assembly/installation, electronics maintenance, data acquisition
systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network
analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers. Experience troubleshooting
systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems,
oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers,
and/or spectrum analyzers. Experience with Agile Process and gate

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
