has an immediate opening to serve as a Finance Lead within the
Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) Development directorate. This
position provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an ambitious
individual to partner with the program leadership team, which
includes Program Managers, technical leads, and functional support.
In addition, this role will provide the opportunity to increase
exposure to multiple facets of the finance organization and RMD’s
strategic endeavors. NSMS Development programs generates
approximately $300M in revenue per year. As a Finance Lead, you
will have a key role in the pursuit, setup and execution of
contracts while providing critical financial oversight and
guidance. In this role you will interact with a variety of
different internal and external customers and will have substantial
interface with key personnel within the organization to enable
strategic decision making as well as achieve financial results.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity based on the
needs of the business. This role will support a program that
resides in Tucson, AZ time zone. What You Will Do You will have
broad responsibility for development cost-plus contractual Earned
Value Management (EVM) program controls. Lead, coordinate, and
mentor peers on the development and analysis of all program
financial data, including contractual EVM requirements, development
and presentation of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), and
support of financial forecasting for the program. Serve as a
critical business partner to internal and external stakeholders by
providing financial analysis, insight, and guidance to decision
making. Support development and integration of financial planning
aspects (LRP, AOP, working capital, monthly financial performance
reporting). Provide financial analysis for growth opportunities as
well as be a key contributor for the proposal / Gate 4 process.
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires, A bachelor’s
degree in accounting, Finance or Business related field or
equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant
experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5
years’ experience. Department of Defense experience. Experience
managing multiple DoD contracts. Experience and understanding of
the Program Business role, including Earned Value Management (EVM),
Estimates at Complete (EACs). Experience with financial systems and
tools, including APEX, BW, Rplan, PMX, Excel, etc. Experience
interfacing and conducting business with various functional
disciplines. Experienced in organizing, preparing, and presenting
briefings to customers, management and peers. The ability to obtain
and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is

Experience and understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis
(FP&A). Demonstrated experience in a matrix environment.
Experience with financial forecasting, AOP, LRP, and R&O
management. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
including demonstrated ability to prioritize concurrent
requirements and numerous stakeholders. Excellent communication and
professional skills when interfacing with all levels. Experience
drive change and influence beyond authority level. Active Secret

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
