Finance Organization has an opening for a Tomahawk Munitions
Acceleration & Capacity Lead (P4) to support capacity-related
investments and rate-increase efforts across the Tomahawk
portfolio. This role provides financial support for Test Equipment
upgrades, Obsolescence Redesign efforts, capital projects, and
supplier rate-readiness initiatives. This position works closely
with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain
to help ensure timely, accurate financial analysis and reporting.
While there are no direct reports, the role offers exposure to a
broad set of programs and an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and
contribute to important acceleration efforts in a fast-paced
environment. This position is currently designated as onsite from
one of the following Raytheon locations: Tucson, AZ; McKinney, TX;
Andover, MA; Marlborough, MA; Tewksbury, MA; Aurora, CO;
Portsmouth, RI; Forest, MS; Huntsville, AL. Relocation benefits not
offered. What You Will Do Support financial tracking and reporting
for company-funded capacity and acceleration investments from a
cost and schedule perspective. Assist with the monthly RPLAN
forecast and close process by gathering inputs, validating data,
and preparing updates. Contribute to Quarterly EAC development by
coordinating functional inputs and ensuring information is accurate
and complete. Provide day-to-day financial support to Operations,
IPT Leads, Engineering, SCM, and Program Management. Prepare
weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analyses to help explain
performance trends. Communicate forecast updates, risks, and
opportunities in a clear and concise manner to program teams.
Assist with reviews of EAC inputs, proposals, and CDRL-related
financial materials. Support analysis of EVM data, funding status,
and contract reporting requirements. Help assess the financial
impacts of Test Equipment modernization, supplier rate increases,
and obsolescence redesign activities. Provide general financial
analysis and support for ad hoc requests and projects as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires 8 years of
Finance/Business experience or 5 years with a related Master’s
degree. Experience supporting cross-functional teams including
Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Experience
with APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, RPLAN, EDIT, or similar
tools. Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint functions. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.

independently and collaboratively in a fast?paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn program
financial processes (EACs, monthly forecasts, variance analysis).
Clear written and verbal communication skills. Self?motivated with
solid analytical skills. Experience in a production?oriented or
manufacturing setting. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust
to changing priorities. Interest in process improvement and
efficiency. Ability to work effectively with colleagues from

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
