Defense Systems (ASDS) organization is currently hiring a Seeker
Section Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the Stormbreaker
Production Program to join our Tucson, AZ location. ASDS IPTL roles
provide an exciting and challenging environment, offering the
opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver innovative
solutions for our customers. In this role, you will apply the
Systems V engineering life cycle and collaborate with engineering
disciplines, Chief Engineers, Chief Technologists, and the customer
to ensure the development and production of high-performing systems
that meet the needs of our warfighters. As the Seeker Section IPTL,
you will focus on managing the Seeker subsystem for the
Stormbreaker Production Program with an emphasis on Technical Data
Package (TDP) development and updates, factory collaboration, and
cross-functional coordination across engineering teams, including
mechanical, electrical, systems, and test equipment disciplines.
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful transition of
the Seeker subsystem from development to production, while
maintaining technical and programmatic rigor. This is an onsite
role located in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do Drive timely execution
of Engineering scope to address production challenges and ensure
alignment between the program and factory priorities. Coordinate
work distribution across multiple engineering disciplines,
including mechanical, electrical, systems engineering, and test
equipment teams, to ensure StormBreaker Seeker Section production
meets required throughput. Facilitate cross-functional
collaboration and ensure knowledge transfer across IPTs/CPTs.
Execute and lead failure investigations (e.g., RCCA, FRB, FITs)
relating to the Seeker subassembly Provide briefings and technical
updates to program management and key stakeholders. Act as a
Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Seeker Section subsystem,
proactively monitoring and controlling cost and schedule to meet
program requirements. Troubleshoot and isolate sources of system
errors or unexpected performance issues. Ensure compliance with
program schedules, cost targets, and performance objectives. Mentor
engineers and share program process knowledge to build team
capabilities. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) management and
development. Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary
teams (mechanical, electrical, systems, and test equipment).
Control Account Manager (CAM) certification. Experience with
failure investigations, including RCCA and FRB processes. Active
and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as
only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer Familiarity with the Stormbreaker Seeker
Section or similar EO/RF seekers from other programs. Experience
working in a production environment and collaborating with factory
teams. Strong communication and presentation skills with the
ability to brief senior program management and customers.
Experience acting as a Control Account Manager (CAM). Advanced
degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
