Elevation Marketing is a mid-sized, full-service B2B only marketing communications agency, located in Mesa, Arizona and San Francisco California. Our client roster includes 42 companies with revenues of over $1B annually and a variety of other small and medium sized companies. As the Digital Marketing Manager , you are the tactical, day-to-day leader for our talented cross-functional team of digital marketing experts. The right candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager role enjoys jumping into the weeds and working with your team, shoulder-to-shoulder. This role requires a proactive problem solver. Someone who is committed to consistently delivering high-quality solutions and understands how to manage programs across SEO, media, social and other digital marketing channels.

In addition to leading the development of websites, applications, portals and other web properties, the Digital Marketing Manager will be accountable for the execution of digital media, search marketing and social advertising for client initiatives through integration with larger campaigns as well as stand-alone programs and initiatives.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Digital Marketing, supporting the development of proposals and estimates, while ultimately owning project plans, timelines, budgets and KPIs for client campaigns and programs.

Due to the highly collaborative nature of agency work, this job is not remote and is based in our beautiful Gilbert office (Phoenix Area). The agency does provide two work from home days (or four half days) a month plus a solid PTO program and other agency benefits. The agency is also closed for a week from Christmas through New Year's.

This Role Will

Manage the day-to-day execution, optimization and development of team projects ranging from website builds (including apps, platforms, portals, etc.), search marketing, paid media, social, content marketing, email marketing, etc.
Partner with other product managers/SMEs/owners, agile/waterfall partners (technical leads, scrum masters, business analysts, developers and UX designers) within teams to create or mature digital solutions and ensure these solutions exceed the growing expectations of our clients.
Effectively manage relationships with external technology vendors to define strategic priorities and ensure best customer support.
Manage cross platform creative and content production projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members.
Serve the needs of internal stakeholders while delivering an exceptional experience for agency clients, establishing best practices and process standardization.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Use your strong knowledge of all phases of creative development and content production practices to guide successful outcomes.

Additional Key Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Digital marketing to own the execution of strategies and programs developed to align to client and prospect's business and marketing objectives.
Work closely with Account Services to provide performance tracking, reporting and supporting the discussion around campaign optimization
Work with the agency's internal traffic team to track the progress and status of projects and work while managing and planning around team capacity.
Identify, vet and manage external vendors to support specific project and client needs.
Participate in daily task reviews to ensure management to on-time, on-budget and quality execution of team deliverables.
Own the KPIs and activities associated with the digital marketing efforts on behalf of the agency's lead generation programs.
Review tactical work and reports to ensure accuracy and quality standards of the department.

Required Skills
Tech-savvy individual with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, PPC, content marketing, email marketing and website development/management.
Experience developing content and digital campaigns to drive traffic to support marketing, sales and talent acquisition campaigns.
Ability to transform data into insights that impact plans and the ability to communicate these effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with distributed stakeholders and project team members simultaneously; in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Communications skills, solid organizational skills, strong leadership capability, visual skills, ability to prioritize.
Ability to work independently and to self-direct one's activities is essential
Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development from concept to information architecture to design, development, and QA.
Working understanding of digital content creation, business process, and system process within agency teams is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills - able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues.
A strong customer focus and service-orientated mentality is a must.

Compensation and Benefits
Elevation strives to provide some of the best agency compensation and benefit packages in the great southwest. The job is in Gilbert, AZ (just off the Loop 202 expressway) and less than one mile from over 50 restaurants. Our business is all about collaboration, so we do not offer telecommuting currently, but we do offer flex hours depending on the position and clients. Employees can start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM based on client demands and department structure. Elevation pays for 95% of employee's life, health and long-term disability insurance. Elevation offers vision, dental and a variety of other benefits that an employee can purchase. The kitchen area is full of free snacks and beverages. Tuition reimbursement is available. The salary range for this position will vary depending on experience and skills outlined above.
