Talent Services, Manager - ELE Operations
This role is responsible for leading and managing efficient team
operational items for the US Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) team.
This includes, but is not limited to, leading efforts related to
defined service delivery timeframes, operations scorecard,
performance and operational metrics, resources, and financial
management in close conjunction with USI ELE as well.
Work you'll do
Designs and implements strategies to service the US member firm
across all ELE disciplines:
- Closely collaborate with ELE Leadership to monitor metrics,
scorecards, surveys, and adherence to service level agreements
(SLAs), including collaboration with USI ELE on all activities to
ensure alignment of priorities and ongoing responsibilities
- Build executive ready communications and presentations,
including compiling data and summarizing key messages in support of
ELE
- Provide governance metrics/presentations to be included in
executive reporting dashboards or when requested on an ad-hoc
basis
- Evaluate and recommend options around new and/or existing
issues to ensure quality delivery standards are realized
- Partner with USI ELE to oversee the existing ELE issues
tracking tool, triage incoming issues, ensure resolution and
provide reports on an as needed basis
- Partner with USI ELE to manage and maintain the Service Area
Catalog and requests from the Talent Services Program team for
updates or opportunities to improve our services.
- Oversee existing and new compliance activities (i.e., DTE,
travel guidelines, etc.) and escalate concerns to ELE Leadership as
needed
- Establish and monitor internal and external governance
structures to enable executive status reporting, issue management
and risk planning
- Support the management of ongoing financials and headcount
forecasting and the annual plan and budget as needed
- Create and maintain team knowledge management and learning and
development
- Closely collaborate with ELE Leadership to create a purposeful
and engaging culture within ELE, including focus on well-being and
understanding the team's purpose and what success looks like
- Coordinate the agendas and manage the US ELE All Hands
meetings, and other key forums
- Manage interaction with stakeholders responsible for preparing
meeting materials, and respond as appropriate to inquiries from
various leadership groups
- Take part in special project assignments to develop world class
processes and tools for Talent Services ELE and overall Talent
Services.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) team is part of the Talent
Services (TS) channel of the Deloitte Talent Organization. TS
delivers a breadth of services through an innovative and
customer-centric shared services model. The TS vision is to make a

grow. The ELE team focuses on providing services for our employees
across the Deloitte US Firms, from the moment of acceptance of an
offer to the time an employee may separate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ Years in HR Operations/project
management
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including
presentation expertise
- Ability to work independently on a variety of projects in a
high volume, fast paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
required
- Ability to partner with various teams and team leaders and
provide guidance around how to proceed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, be highly
organized with a keen eye for detail, and be able to quickly
respond to leadership adhoc requests and shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving
skills
- Strong executive presence and experience interacting with
senior leaders
- Consultative and collaborative approach toward clients and
ability to influence others
- Excellent program/project management skills including
motivating of project teams to deliver results in a timely
manner
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Understanding of a shared services organization
- Strong quality and risk management skills
- Proficiency with Project Management tools and Microsoft Office
(PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel mandatory)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking
environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the
future
- Technology:
- Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
- Case Management System experience (e.g., Salesforce,
SuccessFactors)
