Work you'll do
As a Change Management Senior Solution Specialist, in the
Organization Transformation practice of Deloitte's USDC Human
Capital team, you will use data-driven solutions to address the
human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach its
strategic objectives.
- Align and support our core RICCE values (Respect, Inclusion,
Community, Commitment and Excellence)
- Utilize Deloitte's proprietary methods and tools to develop the
overall Organizational Change Management strategy and detailed plan
for the full lifecycle of the technology implementation
- Responsible for OCM deliverables and activities (change
management, organizational alignment, communications, and
training)
- Ensure OCM activities are aligned with the overall project
timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other work
streams as required
- Develop and support change management plans and approaches for
commercial and government clients
- Experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring team
members
- Ensure plans and approaches are accurate, align with industry
standards, and incorporate Deloitte's best practices
- Structure and conduct interviews and other fact-finding
research efforts and synthesize findings into key points
- Manage change management workstreams and teams from initial
client meetings and concept development through development,
review, revision, production, distribution, and evaluation
- Identify and recommend creative ideas that will deliver on
strategic goals
- Proofread/edit all deliverables and provide quality
control
- Monitor plan and approach results, analyze key metrics, and
optimize for continued campaign improvement
- Balance multiple assignments and schedule workload to meet
established deadlines
- Manage client relationships and facilitate client sessions,
workshops and interviews
- Develop project workplans and timelines, document assumptions
and dependencies, identify risks, suggest mitigation strategies and
manage workplans to execution
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and
changing priorities

Qualifications
Required:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in related field of study
(business, management, human resources, instructional design,
education, organizational behavior or psychology), or equivalent
experience
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in a change
leadership/management environment (communications, training, change
readiness assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder management,
leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements in a relevant industry
or consulting environment
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience on technology
implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards,
Siebel, Salesforce.com, Workday, SuccessFactors, custom solutions)
in a relevant industry or consulting environment
- Demonstrated change management experience, building change
management strategies, and leading/executing change management
activities
- Experience leading teams, coaching and mentoring team
members
- Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical
thinking
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow
through
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or
rapidly changing environments
- Project Management support and Work Plan development
experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple
assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including
presentation skills
- Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and
training development tools (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS
Excel)
- Travel up to 10% annually
- Must be willing to live in, or within a commutable distance to
the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA or Lake Mary, FL delivery
center(s)
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Master's Degree business, management, human resources,
instructional design, education, organizational behavior or
psychology
- Cloud Experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Risk and issue management background
- Experience with training and communication strategies
- Strong creative, writing, editing, organizational, and
strategic planning skills and a willingness to learn from
others
- Ability and willingness to acquire a U.S. Security
Clearance
