Position Summary: - The Lead Operations Director is responsible for the physical plant at all of the Central Campuses. - In addition, this position is responsible to manage the setup, tear down and / or room configuration to support ministry needs and requirements on each campus. - This position has overall responsibility for contract maintenance which includes janitorial, landscaping, and mechanical/electrical repairs and upgrades. - This position, in conjunction with campus Operations Managers and Campus Pastors, will manage construction projects, renovation, alterations and additions that expand ministry capabilities on a campus. - This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the mission and vision of Central Christian Church. -Responsibilities: - - - - - - - Lead operations teams on each campus as the budget allows and dictates - - - - - - Develop an infrastructure replacement plan to ensure the physical plant is capable of supporting ministry activities on each campus - - - - - - Manage the maintenance and utilities budget ensuring it is effectively used to keep the physical plant in good working order. - - - - - - Oversee the scheduling of room set up and tear downs to support ministry needs. - - - - - - Manage construction projects to a successful completion-meeting schedule and budget parameters - - - - - - Work with the CCC leadership - to develop a campus upgrade and renovation plan - - - - - - Other duties as assigned - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Preferred: - - - - - - - A degree in engineering or construction management is desirable. - - - - - - The ability to lead a team of technicians to accomplish campus maintenance tasks - - - - - - 5 plus years of experience leading maintenance activities in an industrial or commercial setting. - - - - - - Maintain vision alignment across all Central campuses. - - - - - - Analyze infrastructure requirements and develop a comprehensive replacement and / or upgrade plan. - - - - - - Develop a realistic, executable budget for sustaining activities on all campuses. - - -

Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk sit; use hands to finger handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
