Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Document Manager DEPARTMENT: Innovation REPORTS TO: VP of Engineering LOCATION: HQ, Gilbert, AZ SUMMARY: The Document Manager will work closely with management to implement critical processes within Teamcenter to manage technical documents. The Document Controller will also focus on maintaining those processes and ensuring the outputs meet the requirements of internal and external customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and approve technical documents
  • Understanding of mechanical drawings and drawing standards
  • GD&T knowledge preferred
  • Ensure technical documents are controlled and the latest release is available internally and externally
  • Document process definition and control including release and revision
  • EBOM ownership in Teamcenter
  • Teamcenter administration experience including workflow setup
  • Ability to use CAD specifically NX and SolidWorks to review drawings
  • Collaborate with multiple departments including Production, Supply Chain and Service
  • Establish and maintain a document retention policy
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Bachelor's Degree (BS) from four-year college or university, or five or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Certificates, licenses and registrations required: GD&T (preferred)
      • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office 365, Teamcenter, NX, SolidWorks (preferred)
