Bare Metal Standard is currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for our Gilbert Arizona Division. Bare Metal Standard is a leader in the Kitchen Exhaust cleaning industry, innovating and providing exceptional services required to keep commercial kitchens operating safely and effectively. The ideal candidate should be a strong critical thinker and able to manage several people and tasks at any given time.

--- _Safeguarding profitability and efficiency of nightly shifts_

--- _Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support._

--- _Utilizing various software and CRM programs to interact with customers, schedule jobs, analyze market, and perform other daily tasks._

--- _Work directly with the Production Manager regarding inventory and maintenance needs._

--- _Management of inventory and supplies ensuring each truck is equipped for success each shift._
