Global HR Director - Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE As the Global HR Director for Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the business objectives of the Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE teams. One primary focus area is on accelerating growth and this role develop talent strategies and actions to help drive organic and inorganic (M&A) growth. You will report directly to the Vice President Human Resources. This role supports an ALT member, GBE VPGM, and other E band leaders on their teams. You will work closely with these leaders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture within the Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES --- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives for the Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE teams --- Drive talent acquisition and talent management processes for these specific areas --- Partner with HR COE leaders to drive employee engagement and development programs --- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations --- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and proceduresYOU MUST HAVE --- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and employee relations --- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices --- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams WE VALUE --- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or a related field --- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field --- Experience in the legal, contracts, strategic licensing, or navigation & sensors industry --- Experience in talent acquisition and talent management --- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Information
