Position Overview:We are seeking a Director or VP-level Implementation Leader to drive all aspects of data integration, automation, and onboarding for our Price Optimization and Competitive Intelligence (CI) platform. This is a hands-on, high-accountability individual contributor role responsible for executing seamless implementations for both new and existing customers-including net-new onboarding, re-deployments, and solution upgrades.You will own the full implementation lifecycle from intake through data feed integration, testing, validation, automation, and customer handoff. This role requires deep technical execution skills paired with exceptional cross-functional coordination, project management, and customer-facing communication.Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Customer Implementation Ownership: Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers, upgrades, and redeployments-including scoping, planning, execution, and transition to Customer Success. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT, engineering, and data teams during onboarding and data integration phases. Translate client data requirements into executable architecture, mapping source systems to our ingestion and processing pipelines.
  • Data Integration & Feed Onboarding: Own and execute the ingestion and transformation of multiple data feed types (retail catalogs, competitive pricing, partner APIs, flat files, etc.). Define data schemas, mapping logic, validation rules, and frequency of refresh tailored to each customer's architecture and goals.
    • CI/CD Automation & Pipeline Reliability: Build and maintain automation pipelines using CI/CD practices to ensure consistent, repeatable, and observable deployments. Implement health checks, job orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Jenkins, AWS Step Functions), and pipeline monitoring across all implementations.
      • Technical Project Management: Create detailed project plans and maintain accountability for milestone delivery across stakeholders. Coordinate tasks between internal teams (engineering, data science, product), external customers, and third-party data providers. Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timeline adherence and data quality targets.
        • Quality Assurance & Testing: Own pre-launch QA, integration testing, UAT coordination, and validation sign-offs to guarantee feed accuracy and system readiness. Establish automated regression and sanity checks that continuously validate customer-specific integrations post-deployment.
          • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce comprehensive documentation including integration design, testing protocols, data validation logs, and operational runbooks. Ensure a clean handoff to Customer Success, including onboarding summaries, support considerations, and escalation points.Required Skills & Experience:
            • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data implementation, or technical delivery roles
            • Proven ability to manage complex integrations end-to-end
            • Strong understanding of data formats, schema design, and ETL/ELT
            • Proficiency with CI/CD and cloud orchestration tools
            • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications:
              • Domain experience in pricing intelligence or retail analytics
              • Familiarity with feed normalization and data QA frameworks
              • Exposure to Jira/Confluence and agile tracking tools
