We are currently seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our In-House Resource in a Full Time position on Day shift. In our resource pool, you will be assigned on a per-shift basis to a variety of units (after completing appropriate orientation), depending on the needs of the hospital and your knowledge, skills and experience including Medical/Surgical, PCU/Telemetry or our Step-Down unit. Each shift, you ll act as the leader of the interdisciplinary team providing compassionate professional nursing care to a variety of patients. In addition, you ll be responsible for directing the work of Patient Care Assistants who will be there to support you in providing exemplary patient care.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school and a current nursing license issued by the State of Arizona or other compact state. The ideal candidate will have, or be working toward, their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and specialty certification.
Current BLS and ACLS are required.
