Internal Medicine opening in Gilbert, Arizona. We are seeking Primary Care Physicians to provide healthcare services at one of our many healthcare facilities in Oregon and Washington. A valid license from ANY US STATE or TERRITORY is accepted.

Requirements:

- Cannot be under any exclusions or sanctions from Medicare/Medicaid
- Must be BE/BC in Internal or Family Medicine
- Must have BLS certification
- Must have DEA certification
- Must be a graduate of an approved Medical Degree program
