We strive to provide an atmosphere where our patients, their family members, and our nurses build a unique rapport that promotes exceptional services and quality of life strategies to remain in the comfort of their own home.Position Details:Pediatric Patient Acuity Level: G-tube Location: Gilbert, Arizona (85297) Schedule: Wednesday and Thursdays, 7:00AM-5:00pm (DAY SHIFTS)About case: Patient is a pediatric male patient who is needing help 2 days a week. These are 10 hour shifts. The patient is G-tube only. The Wednesdays are full homecare shifts, and Thursdays is a school's and a homecare case. This family is an amazing and kind family to work with.
