Job DescriptionSoar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).As a Speech Language Pathologist at Soar, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children aged 2-6. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and instruments to improve communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children with ASD
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Actively involve families in the treatment process, providing education, resources, and support to foster their child's speech and language development
• Regularly evaluate and document progress, fine-tuning interventions as necessary to maximize effectivenessQualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • License to practice speech pathology in the state of Arizona or Colorado
  • Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs starting their career
  • Prior experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or interest in learning from our clinical teamsWhat We Offer
