Physician Assistant (PA) Needed! Position Overview: Assesses, diagnoses, plans and implements the medical care of patients in collaboration with a physician. Functions within the full scope of licensure; accountable for the assessment, coordination delivery and evaluation of care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. Provides medical consultation including the performance of therapeutic procedures delegated by the supervising physician, assist with various procedures, provides patient education, treatment and follow-up, may complete daily rounds and as needed using an organized multi-disciplinary team approach to provide continuity of care throughout the care continuum. The Physician Assistant's responsibilities may include managing patients in an office, hospital, emergency and/or perioperative setting. - Working Hours: - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm shift Salary: - $130,000-$150,000 per year (salary range based on experience) + Full Benefits Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and review medical records of patients
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including blood tests and X-rays
• Diagnose and treat various health conditions and illnesses within the scope of family medicine
• Develop personalized treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and schedules
• Educate patients and their families on diseases, epidemics, and preventive measures
• Oversee and manage patients' overall health and well-being
• Promote healthy lifestyle practices and preventive care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in primary care through research and professional development Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant -
    • Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
    • State licensure as a Physician Assistant -
    • Proven experience as a Physician Assistant in a family health clinic or similar setting
    • Specialization or expertise in family medicine
    • Extensive clinical experience in primary care
    • Strong knowledge of health and patient care regulations
    • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction
    • Ethical approach and dedication to patient-centered care
    • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude for collaborative work
    • Patience and ability to handle diverse patient needs
    • Willingness to continuously enhance knowledge and clinical skills
