- Job Details
- The Physical Therapy Assistant serves as a member of the physical therapy team by assisting the Physical Therapist in the delivery of patient treatments and management of referred patients.
- The PTA provides documentation of treatment and outcomes, discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education.
- Participates in administrative duties and PI; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
  - Job Requirements
  - Must have AZ license
  - BLS
  - 2+ years with hospital experience
    - Schedule Information
    - 5x8's (Mon - Fri) 0800 - 1630
    - Rotating Weekends (2 - 3 weekend shifts)
    - Minimal to none RTO as consistent coverage is needed
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Inpatient & Skilled Nursing Unit
