Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1782.32 - $1952.96 OT - Rehab/SNF/Acute needed asap for 13 weeks Shift: M-F 8AM-4:30PM • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: 8 (require one weekend shift a month) Saturday & Sunday • Float Requirements: Ability to float to our Gilbert location (15min away) if needed due to census. Years of Experience: 2-3 years Must Have Skills/Experience: Adult, SNF/IRF/Acute Equipment: In-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and VR • EHR: UDS and Cerner Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults • Scrub Color: Maroon • Parking: Any 3rd row parking spot if in the front of the build, any parking spot if on the side of the building.
