Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to
join our team in Mesa, AZ. The AGNP will provide comprehensive care
for adult and geriatric patients, managing chronic and acute
conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical
skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to providing

growth. Requirements: Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner
school. Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board
of Nursing. Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license. Valid Arizona
Advanced Practice license. Valid DEA certificate. Current Basic
Life Support certification. Certification in CPR and AED through
American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines. Valid Level One
Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of
Public Safety (for behavioral health locations). Valid Arizona
driver’s license. Experience treating adults with chronic and acute
conditions. Understanding of clinical methods and techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
with clients, associates, and the general public. Basic proficiency
in business English, spelling, and punctuation. Basic computer
efficiency and comfort with electronic health record systems.
Experience in geriatrics or with patients who have multiple chronic
conditions. Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical
decisions. A demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and
continuous learning.
