Position Requirements: Active, unencumbered license in AZ Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable) Job Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to medical/surgical patients Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status Maintain current RN licensure and certifications Follow established nursing protocols and facility policies Ensure patient safety and quality care delivery Participate in patient care planning and discharge planning Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers What is our culture?
