Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is
working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Phoenix, Arizona, 85013! ID: 73621222 Shift: 12H Nights 12 hour
nights, EOW, first to float Description: Unit Notes:CLINICAL WILL
PRESCREEN, MANAGER WILL CONDUCT A 2ND INTERVIEWModules are required
to be done before start of assignment. Modules take on average 3-4
hours to complete-this time is not billable to the hospital.
STARTS: 7/21new requirement: need a Patient Placement nurse with
house supervisor experience. They would still be doing Patient
Placement full time but they at least have the experience and
knowledge of a house supervisor. Candidates may not have been
directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility
associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within
the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside
firms will be considered.PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH
UNA IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH ACCEPTANCE. MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN
24-48 HRS. IT S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD
BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A
SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. We can
accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has
previously taken If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will
be made DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sac Bed Placement/Patient
Placement THIS POSITION HAS ZERO HANDS ON PATIENT CARE beds1
assignment with up to 3 hospitals and 500-1000 bedsRequired
CertificationsNo certifications required will need their license
RN, LVN, CNACommon duties/ responsibilities \"This position has
zero hands on patient carePlacing patients on the appropriate units
at the hospitals they are assigned toWill ask type of bed needed
and then place patient in appropriate bed. Will need to use
critical thinking skills if the order/bed request is not
appropriate and communicate that with charge or leadership (ie.
chest pain pt being placed on general medsurg floor instead of
tele) This position not giving recommendations, treatment plans, or
diagnosis. Strictly placing patient in to bed- if any issues can
talk to charge or leadership at the hospitalWill be working off of
3 screens, utilizing multiple applications (ie. TeleTrac, Cerner,
multiple Google apps including multiple chats with ED, leadership
and others needing beds)Experience or 'Must have' skills\"MUST have
recent acute care experience- 2 years preferred ok with 1 LTC
contract but if last 2-3 assignments were SNF will decline OK with
first time travelersMUST have experience with TeleTracking and
CernerMUST be strong in computers- prefer experience with Zoom and
all Google applicationsMUST be able to multitask and have good
customer service skillsMUST know the difference of the different
