Job Description Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics needed to join a practice in Surprise, Arizona. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician with OB is to provide comprehensive preventive care and health maintenance to patients. Surprise is a suburb of Phoenix in Maricopa County. Living in Surprise offers residents a suburban feel and is only 45 minutes from Phoenix. Many families and young professionals live in Surprise and the public schools are above average.
