Pharmacy Tech Location: Peridot, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,226 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8.0 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience. License: Current and valid state Pharmacy license required. Certifications: BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including one year residency. Description: The Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor is responsible for directing, managing, and supervising daily administrative operations. This role ensures the highest quality service response and delivery consistent with established professional, regulatory, and governmental standards. The supervisor develops operational and financial outcome measures. They are responsible for related tracking and monitoring systems and integrating efforts into organization-wide quality improvement systems. The supervisor directs, implements, and evaluates the development of departmental policies and procedures. They proactively assess program and service effectiveness and consistently pursue continuous process improvement. The supervisor develops and supervises staff through timely feedback and appropriate Human Resource policies and tools. They plan, direct, implement, and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy of data capture. The supervisor develops, manages, and supervises purchasing and inventory management functions. They are focused on ensuring cost-effective inventory management while providing timely availability of pharmaceuticals and related products. The supervisor facilitates the professional growth of staff by accurately assessing learning needs, styles, and barriers to learning. They coordinate learning opportunities and prepare monthly progress and operational reports. The supervisor identifies areas for improvement and participates in various educational programs to maintain current skill and competency levels. They also identify and discuss performance or training needs with their supervisor. The Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor may perform other duties as requested.
