Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate
physical rehabilitation plans Implement patient care programs to
restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability Consult and
coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatments as necessary Educate patients and their families about
health programs and maintenance Record patient’s responses and
progress, and report to relevant stakeholders Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Proficient in using physical therapy tools
and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Medical Insurance
