Make a Difference. Presbyterian is hiring a skilled RN to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in an Outpatient Clinic. Common responsibilities include preparing the patient for the visit, maintaining efficient patient flow, assisting the provider with treatments and procedures, medication administration, support for clerical functions to include scheduling, referrals, authorization and in-basket support with the EMR. Serves as communication link between Inpatient Care Manager, HHC Care Manager and PHP Case Manager. - Documentation within scope of practice. - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Associate’s degree in nursing - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License - BLS certification REQUIRED at at time or hire - 1-3 years ambulatory experience We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
