Responsibilities - Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality patient service, and adherence to safety protocols - Oversee medication dispensing processes, verifying accuracy and compliance with medical terminology standards - Provide guidance on complex prescriptions, clarifying medication instructions for patients and staff alike - Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and regulatory documentation - Foster a patient-centered environment by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring excellent service - Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with legal regulations and industry best practices - Support training initiatives to enhance team knowledge of medical terminology and customer service skills Experience - Proven experience working in a pharmacy setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities - Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and healthcare - Prior experience supervising pharmacy technicians or staff members is highly desirable - Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to patient service and team collaboration - Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to lead with enthusiasm, uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community!
