About the Role We are seeking a dependable, full-time Traveling Dental Assistant who is excited about supporting a mission-driven mobile care team. This role involves significant travel throughout Arizona—covering Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, and the full statewide region. Key Responsibilities Travel to senior care facilities across Arizona to support mobile dental visits Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment Assist the dentist chairside and help manage patient flow Follow all OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols Document procedures and support light administrative tasks Ensure patients feel informed, safe, and comfortable throughout treatment Travel Expectations This role requires the ability and willingness to cover the entire state of Arizona , including: West: Yuma North: Flagstaff, Prescott South: Sierra Vista East: Show Low, Globe, Safford Mileage is reimbursed at $0.70 per mile (round trip) , and overnight lodging is provided when travel requires extended stays. Requirements Certified/Registered Dental Assistant (per Arizona requirements) Current Radiation Certificate Strong understanding of infection control and OSHA standards Clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle Ability to lift and transport dental equipment (25–50 lbs.)
