family time Qualifications Current LPN/LVN license in the state of
Arizona (or compact license) ? Current CPR certification Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and
appearance Responsibilities Follow established policies,
procedures, and the IDG care plan for each patient ? Provide
nursing services, treatments, and preventive care as assigned ?
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN and
physician ? Educate and support patients and families in home care
and comfort techniques ? Collaborate with the RN to evaluate
patient care effectiveness Maintain accurate documentation and
participate in chart audits Attend staff meetings, IDG conferences,
and in-service training Participate in on-call rotations (nights,
weekends, holidays as needed) ? Prepare equipment and materials,
ensure aseptic techniques, and assist in specialized procedures
