Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document client progress and report any changes to the care team. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred. Previous experience in elderly care or a similar role is highly desirable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
