Envision Physician Services is seeking highly qualified and motivated CRNA to join our team of dedicated CRNA's at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, AZ Earn between $400K-$450K a year for Full-Time. Work 3 weeks on and 1 Week Off Full-Time. Part-Time Schedule available as well. Work one week on and 3 weeks off. Surgical Services General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Eye Surgery, ENT Surgery, OB/GYN, Outpatient Day Surgery, Urology Obstetrics Department of CVRMC 5 fully-equipped labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum rooms, two additional recovery rooms, and a nursery equipped to accommodate well babies delivered at 36 weeks or later.
