Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are looking for a talented
Occupational Therapist to join our team for the school year. Hourly
Rate Range: $41.00-$52.00 per hour Responsibilities: Conduct
evaluations and assessments to determine students' motor, sensory,
and functional needs. Develop and implement Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans. Provide direct
occupational therapy services to support fine motor skills, sensory
processing, self-care, and classroom participation. Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate
therapy strategies into the learning environment. Recommend and
implement adaptive equipment and classroom modifications to improve
student accessibility. Maintain accurate records and documentation
in compliance with Arizona Department of Education and IDEA
guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and
multidisciplinary team discussions. Provide training and
consultation to teachers and staff on strategies to support student
independence. Required Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Arizona OT
License (issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy
Examiners). Arizona Department of Education (ADE) certification or
ability to obtain one (if required for school-based roles). NBCOT
Certification preferred. Fingerprint Clearance Card & Background
