It offers both inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addition for adults, and seniors. The facility provides a range of treatments for mental health and addiction issues. How you'll contribute A Behavioral Health RN who excels in this role: Will assess the patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies Will monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration RN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies Assists/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license required. Experience in a psychiatric health?care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred; experience in patient assessment, family motivation, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations. CPR and de?escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
