Job Description & Requirements Interim Director, OR StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $170000.00 - $175000.00 Interim Director, OR Needed in Phoenix, Arizona! The Position - An Interim Director, OR is needed to provide leadership stability and strong clinical oversight for perioperative and cardiovascular procedural services. - This leader will oversee eighty-three FTEs. - Key responsibilities include oversight of the OR, cath lab, EP lab, PACU, and SPD within a cardiovascular-focused setting, while supporting scheduling, administrative operations, issue escalation, team stability, and survey readiness. - The ideal candidate will have interim leadership experience in surgical and cardiovascular services, with a strong background in OR, cath lab, and EP operations, as well as familiarity with TJC surveys and readiness. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree required. - Active RN license required. - Progressive leadership experience in perioperative services required, including oversight of cardiovascular-focused surgical and procedural areas such as the OR, cath lab, and EP lab. Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. - The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
