Carondelet Medical Group, a leading multispecialty provider in Southern Arizona, is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Urologist to join our growing team in Tucson. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established, well-supported practice with a full suite of standard urologic equipment and an experienced team behind you. Position Highlights: - Full-time, employed opportunity with a stable, patient-focused practice - Structured schedule: 4 days in clinic, 1 day in OR - 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient caseload - Manageable call: 7 shifts/month, with additional compensation available - Average 25 patients per clinic day and 5–10 surgeries per week - Supported by dedicated clinical staff and system-wide coordination for referrals and diagnostics You’ll be joining a highly reputable practice within a health system committed to excellence—and backed by an administrative team that lets you focus on medicine, not management.
