Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs Participate in discharge planning Perform administrative duties Participate in PI Pursue professional growth Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 2 years of experience AZ License, BLS & Fingerprint Card Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
