Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a
travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Oro Valley,
Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational
Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel The
Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and
rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the
functional status of hospitalized patient. Responsibilities are to
evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age appropriate treatment
programs, participates in discharge planning, performs
administrative duties, participates in PI, pursues professional
growth, and performs other duties as assigned. Oro Valley Hospital
Position: Occupational Therapist Bill Rate: $90 Shift: 5/8's - Tue
- Sat 0800-1630 or 0700-1530, hours are flexible Will be required
to cover the Skilled Nursing Unit, Acute & Rehab Required: 2 Yrs.
Experience Required: AZ License, BLS & Fingerprint Card EMR: Cerner
