Job Description:
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Please allow one week
minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing.
Heartland now requires a TB test completed within three days of
accepting an offer, MUST BE A NEW TEST.
TB Test is QGold. Our credentialing team will take care of
everything to get your provider set up with taking that test.
