The Customer Service Representative (Technician I - Broadcast Operations) identifies and fixes issues with television content delivered to DISH customers. We capture details and record the events as they unfold in a database, until the issues are resolved. We take PRIDE in being the best for those who trust us as their television provider.     Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Primary responsibilities:

    The TOC team is responsible for identifying, documenting, escalating and following-up on service-related channel issues for customers for DISH, DISH Mexico, Sling, and others.
    • Monitor on-air programming of local, national and international broadcasters
    • Answer multiple phone calls and email correspondence
    • Respond to customer complaints from the call center
    • Help identify, document and escalate signal quality issues and incidents
    • Support communication with management teams, affiliates and other third party partners
    • Coordinate with internal teams and outside providers to determine cause of outages
    • Tracks and reports discrepancies
      * This is an on-site role, not remote or hybrid*

      * Not directly working with customer. The role is on the back side of our system

      Skills, Experience and Requirements

      Skills and Qualifications:
      • Associates degree or two years of experience/training in related field or, equivalent combination of education and experience
      • 2+ years' experience with Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office and have advanced computer skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure documents
      • Ability to work any schedule as assigned in order to meet the needs of the 24/7 business
      • Ability to type accurately between 35-40 WPM
      • Possesses strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
      • Ability to monitor services that include adult content without objections
      • Strong prioritization skills within a fast paced environment
      • Initiates career development to advance career
      • Impeccable attention to detail.
      • Previous customer service experience
      • Adapts quickly to change
        Salary Range

        Compensation: $18.00/Hour - $23.00/Hour
