Job Description:
Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, has an
immediate need for FULL-TIME Customer Service Associates to work in
our Showroom.in Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities:
Effectively communicates to our customers all aspects of the sales
transaction.
Responds efficiently to customer inquiries and maintains high
customer satisfaction.
Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and
initiatives.
Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of
showroom.
Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited
to contact information and related notes.
Performs other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ yrs customer service
2+ yrs of retail sales experience (Preferred)
Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
Ability work Saturdays, rotates
Have a genuine excitement to help customers
Ability to lift up to 30lbs, bend, stoop, push, pull.
Must pass felony background check
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
