Job Description:
Marriott International invites accomplished culinary
professionals to apply for the role of Chef de Partie at one of our
premier properties. The Chef de Partie will be pivotal in enhancing
guest experiences by delivering high-quality and innovative dishes.
This role requires expertise in managing a section of the kitchen,
working under the direction of the Head Chef, and ensuring the team
delivers consistent culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will
thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Marriott's
reputation for outstanding hospitality. Prepare and present
high-quality dishes within the specialty section, ensuring
consistent excellence in presentation. Supervise junior staff and
manage section preparations, ensuring compliance with Marriott
International’s standards. Maintain inventory of supplies and order
kitchen materials as required, ensuring cost-efficiency and budget
management. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes
and innovative menu items that align with seasonal availability.
Ensure adherence to food hygiene and health and safety regulations
at all times in the kitchen. Provide training and support to junior
kitchen staff, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
Advanced culinary skills with a strong focus on specific kitchen
sections such as pastry, butchery, or saucier. Excellent leadership
and communication skills to effectively manage a team. Strong
organization and time management skills. Creative thinking
abilities to contribute innovative dishes and menu ideas.
Proficiency in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and
processes. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life

institution. Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe).
